Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. UPS Ground will deliver in an additional 3-5 business days. Gift certificates will be shipped U.S. Mail.

Returns: "If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of the receipt with the merchandise and ship to the address on your invoice. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that you will be reimbursed for return shipping if your return was a result of our error. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition for refund or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded."
